

Jo’sCurrent Project -
I’ve been using some of my fabric stash and my love of herbs to make some sleep/dream pillows.
Herbal pillows have been used in various cultures for many years to support relaxation, sleep quality, dreaming & emotional wellbeing.
Herbs like Lavender, Chamomile and Hops, and Lemon Balm are known for calming effects.
Some herbs like Mugwort are said to help enhance vividness of dreams.
They serve as subtle aromatherapy, slowly releasing scent without being too overpowering.
You can place them under or near your pillow and gently inhale the scent. If the scent weakens then gently squeeze the pillow to refresh.


Lin’s Current Project -
After completing a Level 1 Accredited Course in Aromatherapy, alongside Jo, when we first started out in Otter & Sky, I have decided that it was time for a little refresher & am now doing my Level 2. This course has a strong emphasis on wellbeing & also includes a section on Pets & Essential Oils, both of which, Jo & I are really passionate about…I’m looking forward to sharing this with you all at a later date!
